At the main entrance of the building, our colleagues are responsible for controlling the people entering the building, thus taking care of your safety. They receive your mail and are informed and take immediate action for any operational problems.

The laundry room is fully equipped with the latest models of coin-operated washers and dryers. At a reasonable cost you can wash your clothes at the time of your choice via our application. While waiting for the washing process to end, you can work out or relax in the cafeteria or meet your friends in the Lounge.

Stay fit in the well-equipped gym. You can train for one hour a day for free. Just reserve your spot via our app to maintain the allowed number of athletes according to the regulations imposed due to Covid-19.

Bicycle Racks
Since the beginning of December 2020, there will be a special area with bicycle racks at the entrance of the yard. There will be also a power supply for charging your electric bike or scooter. The site will be monitored by a CCTV security camera for theft protection. However, Project 151 is not liable for any possible theft or damage.
Supermarket
The largest supermarket in the area will operate on the ground floor of the building from the beginning of December 2020. Thus, you can do all your shopping without really leaving the building.
Storage room
If you wish to store some of your stuff, we have a designated storage. You can seal the items that you want to store in boxes or suitcases and we shall store it for you, for as long as you wish, at a small cost.
Public Parking stations
If you need to park your car or motorcycle there are a few parking stations around the building. Some of them are willing to give special prices to the residents of Project 151.
Fast Internet everywhere
We are well aware that one of the most important things is a fast and stable internet connection. That is why we have made sure to connect the building via a private fiber optic line. All connections between the floors have also been made with fiber optics. This way we provide our tenants with fast Wi-Fi in all apartments and common areas of Project 151.
Proximity to bus stops and future Metro station
There is a bus stop at 100m from the building. You can travel to any location in the city of Thessaloniki and the surrounding region on one of the 75 bus routes.
Proximity to the Universities
All the main Universities of the city (Aristotle University, University of Macedonia and others) are no more than 1.5 Km away from Project 151, just a 15 minutes walk in a straight line. Of course, you can use your bicycle, your scooter or the bus.
Proximity to the city center
Do you want to visit the city center for shopping, cultural events, exploration or just the nightlife? Everything is close. You can walk, take the bus or ride your bike. In a few minutes you will get there safely.
